I'm afraid my advice is going to be... grit your teeth and write it. Don't utilize the backspace or delete key, just keep going to the end. You can always go back and edit it.

Like, I have had scenes I've been embarrassed to write for either 2nd hand embarrassment reasons or 'this is too cute' reasons or 'I'm not good at this' reasons. And the only way through it was to write it all out, all at once. Once you get it out, you will hopefully feel better and less embarrassed.
