Yes! If you have long hair and it's stuck to part of your clothes, and the end is just tickling..... Makes me nuts. Or when one is somehow constantly lying across my eye/glasses, but my even taking off my glasses and brushing my hands all over my face and back over my head doesn't seem to make it go away.

Worst is one stuck to the bottom edge of shorts or a skirt, and the end is tickling your leg.....
