I feel like one part of this secret (the objection to/wariness of a second season) doesn't necessarily link to the other (entitlement about headcanons). Surely it's possible to have one or the other, neither or both, so it basically seems like OP wants to complain about the latter and is using the former as some sort of justification or support to show how ~reasonable they are. *shrug*

Remember when the first season was announced and the exact same whining and complaining happened? Most of it came from the same people who threw fits about headcanon shit not being canon.

I agree, this secret is really more like two secrets thinly welded together. It's hard to respond to because it's like, "If we're talking about [x] people who do [a] then [yada yada], but if we're talking about [x] people who don't do [a] then [yada yada], but we could also be talking about [not x] people who do [a] in which case [yada yada]."

The two claims the secret is making aren't entirely unrelated, but they're nowhere near inherently related, either.
