And me, ma'am. And me. :c It's very depressing, none of the customers besides me actually gives a damn I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY.

I can't understand it, either. Do people only buy comics for the covers now, or what? I swear the topselling stuff has like
NOTHING INTERESTING GOING ON AT ALL so I can't really
wrap my brain around it. :|

Yeah I have no idea. We have, like ... an affiliated video review thing? The guy does it in-store every week, and he's been reviewing every issue of Final Crisis whenever a new one comes out, and I swear every review for it he all he says is I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND NEITHER DOES ANYONE I KNOW, BUT I'M TOLD THAT SHIT WENT DOWN THIS WEEK – and everyone I talk to says about the same thing AND YET it consistently flies off the shelves like a flock of pigeons near a man with a loudspeaker.

Sometimes I honestly think people only do buy comics for the covers, but that is possibly because the demographic I deal with most are variant-hoarders.
