Weed pales in comparison to things like PCP, ecstacy and meth. There are much stronger drugs out there that you'd be much better off judging people over if they were found to use them.

And Pineapple Express, imho, was hilarious.

Agreed. People throw such tantrums over something about as effective as alcohol, or even less depending on how much you smoke, when there exists drugs like meth that are so much more harmful.

PCP, ecstacy, and meth are bad. That doesn't mean pot isn't. That'd be like saying getting shot with a shotgun and stepping on a landmine are bad, therefore there's nothing wrong with getting stabbed.

Because the effects of pot are totally equivalent to those of PCP, ecstacy, and meth.

I'm not saying that it is. But just because something worse exists doesn't "excuse" pot and suddenly make it 100% okay.

Nobody is saying that. No one said that pot is okay, and perfectly harmless.

What was said that the effects of it, COMAPRED to other illegal drugs (and even legal ones - freaking alchohol and cigs) isn't AS harmful. So it doesn't make sense to get all high and mighty over pot but not the other drugs, and espeically those that are socially acceptable and legal.

Nobody's SAYING they're not looking down on other drug use though.

Plus, the movie is about weed, the secret is about weed, the comments are about weed - weed (and people's opions thereof) is what's being talked about. Whether or not other drugs are worse is irrelevant.
