Had CB put out a statement explaining how difficult his job is, and how the guy was completely deserving of the rant and being an actor is hard and didn't they hear how the guy was defensive on the tape instead of being more apologetic? I doubt s/he would have changed her opinion on him.

Uh... so what? No, seriously - you do know I couldn't give less than a rat's ass about whatever the OP's stance is on everything, right? My annoyance is not centered wholly on the secret post, 'cause - and remember this is a point I've been emphasizing - there's a bigger picture.

And c'mon, dude - I know you're all proud of yourself for discovering the roots of words, but you really need to stop bringing up that one particular facet of "prima donna". Again, I couldn't care less.

LOL! No, that's what's so ridiculous. I'm not proud of myself for it at all. I had no idea it annoyed you and don't really get why it does. I probably figured you would respond to it by saying something, "Yeah, I see what you mean (since of course you know what the word means as well as I do), but..." and then say how you were speaking to this bigger picture or something. I brought up something in the OP it turns out you couldn't care less about, fine. So your point is just that the crew guy did do something seriously wrong more than once and CB's reaction was well within appropriate and professional limits for an A-list actor under the circumstances? Great. Point taken. If you stop throwing out definitions of "prima donna" I will too.
