I think it's really weird that other coworkers hadn't ever considered it. I've thought about the possibility and how I could raise my chances of survival at every single workplace I've been at (in the US, not in Korea because guns are rare there).

i think even with massive gun violence most people think it happens to other people, not their happy workplaces with their obviously non-disgruntled employees and clients. im sure people who work at banks and gas stations are little more wary.
