Re: How do you feel about true crime?

I find it fascinating, though I tend to prefer historical true crime to like... 'this is happening right now and look at the suffering family' stuff (though contemporary is fine depending on the tone).

For me, I was BORN nervous, so instead of feeling more paranoid, I feel more... I guess informed? Like maybe the more I know about murder, the less likely I will be to be murdered.

But also when I was growing up we had a local killer and a couple of girls close to my age narrowly escaped being murdered, in the next town over. So like.
