Especially in the light of, and I'm going to say this in a very "I told you so" way, because a lot of defenders were saying that "it's not like she's overtly influencing stuff" the policy makers both in the UK and in the USA using her words, just stop.

I'm not trolling. Policymakers don't give a fuck about women. They're just using it as an excuse to exercise their own transphobia under the cover of women's rights.

Celebrities are hugely influential, this is nothing new. A game show host with no political experience was responsible for one of the biggest talking points (birtherism during the 2008 election) and then got elected president eight years later.
