That said I had a feeling in HP7 that Dumbledore and Grindelwald were being implied to be in a sexual relationship, so I actually don't think she just made it up completely ex post facto. On the other hand I also don't think it was a stunning display of allyship, either.

But I have some sympathy for her on that. What I DON'T sympathise with at all is her hard turn into transphobia.
