LMFAO what? It's not someone else's job to teach you how to play a game. Why should other players have to waste their own playing time holding other people's hands because those people are too lazy to learn for themselves?

Way to not read anything I said. I have no problem explaining mechanics to people who are new to a dungeon/fight, what I have a problem with are tanks who don't have their tank stance on, healers who don't Regen the tank, and DPS who don't put their DoTs on bosses (all of which are things I've encountered in the past couple of weeks). Those are the most basic parts of playing a job and it's not my responsibility to tell someone else they need to do those things, especially when just looking at your skills will tell you exactly what they do.
