Legolas is the one you pick out as not being pretty enough? I wouldn't say he's amazing (his father on the other hand...), but he does look decently elvish.

Elrond is the one that stands out for me as not looking properly pretty or elvish. Celeborn is okay, but he doesn't stand out much in the way I'd expect the man who Galadriel married to.

Figwig and Haldir were the best of the elvish men in LOTR in my opinion, and then Thranduil in the Hobbit movies was written completely wrong, but he looked completely elvish.

I mentioned Orlando Bloom specifically because he's considered pretty, not because I think he's the only non-pretty elf in LOTR. That's why I asked if that was the best they could do.

Haldir was decent, Celeborn decent but like you said, not remarkable, Thranduil very nice even if the characterization was off but his wardrobe was even better.

I think Orlando Bloom is plenty attractive, but most men in general aren't pretty in the way that C-Drama twinks are "pretty".

But honestly, even after scouring through all the lore, I still don't really know why Galadriel was into Celeborn beyond the fact that he simped hard for her by learning her then-forbidden language. Which would be a pretty hard quality for an actor to convey in the limited Celeborn scenes we got in the films.
