Rosemary makes me think of Rosemary's Baby, and Parsley doesn't. So at least Parsley has that going for her.

Its still an ugly name, at least that thing with Rosemary is entirely dependant on people watching an old niche horror movie.

Considering that I’ve never watched the movie, it came out well before I was born, and it’s still the first non-potato-related thing that comes to mind when I hear “Rosemary,” you might be wrong on that second one. As far as the first goes, you’re entitled to your opinion.
