I feel bad for NZ about the Amazon Tolkien series moving filming to Britain. I strongly disagree with people saying NZ is the only Middle Earth though. England and Wales were what Tolkien was basing it on and have prior claim as far as I'm concerned. The film footage from NZ was even altered to make it look more like the UK.

No idea! I'm going to guess Wales. That's the best, most Middle Earthy bit. Or Yorkshire or the West Country.

My bet would be on Wales too, if only because I know Amazon uses existing studios when filming and BBC Wales has some of the best bluescreen facilities and CG artists in the UK due to Doctor Who being based there since 2005.
