Seriously though, it's not even like anyone's hair is blue or green or pink or crazy anime colors. Blond or reddish brown is so easy. I'm with OP in that this is just lazy or careless

...those ones in the picture definitely do. And it's not like dying your hair blonde or reddish-brown is uncommon in Japan.
