Someone else already mentionned Usagi Drop so I'm going with Afterschool Nightmare. Highschool students overcoming their trauma in a trippy dreamworld? OK. Reveal that they're actually unborn babies in a high-risk pregnancies maternity ward and only the ones strong enough to overcome the trauma they'll encounter later in life, can actually be born? B U L L S H I T

Omg I had forgotten about that manga! That ending was just... terrible. I was so glad I borrowed it from a friend and never bought it back when it came out here.
