There are always exceptions to the rule, sorry if I didn't make that clear. I've met older slash fans and more conventionally attractive slash fans and misogynists well into their 80s (though they weren't bashing Mary Sues, exactly...) Sorry if I offended you.

The thing is? This tripe your spouting? "Most (not all) slash fans are young and conventionally unattractive (not that either of those things are bad), and they will eventually grow out of it." NOT THE RULE.

What are they going to grow out of? Being a slash fan or being ugly? Just - I can't even begin to see where you could have made such a preposterous leap of logic.
