I would probably still watch a show that might have a bad ending, since I like to judge those things for myself, but that show might not have any rewatch value for me after the one viewing. I can rewatch shows that start off rocky or hit a rough patch in the middle somewhere, but for some reason thinking about a shitty ending just sours me on an entire property.
