Ew, no. Jerry Seinfeld is human garbage, but he's got all the same rights as normal humans and that includes that whole consent thing. No one is obligated to show physical affection towards someone who asks for it, even if the person asking is really nice and really likes them. Even if you're in public and refusing will be construed as "making a scene."

Kesha's own life would have been easier if more people in her life had shown her that normal human rights apply to her and other celebrities too.
