Ever wonder what would happen if a Furby mated with a Porg and the offspring just happened to also be the Antichrist?

From the makers of Dug Days and Finding Dory...

to me this thing's just goofy looking but I never saw those commercials five years ago.
Porgs, on the other hand, are pure nightmare fuel to me. eurgh.

*laughs* I actually didn't find Furbies (Furbys? Furbi?) creepy like a lot of people apparently did, but this is such an apt description of ... whatever this is. I apparently did not see these commercials either.

Lmao

Movie trailer voice for this entire comment

(Anonymous) 2021-10-06 12:58 am (UTC)(link)
Who do we talk to to make this happen :D?

(Anonymous) 2021-10-05 11:35 pm (UTC)(link)
As far as mascots go, this one is pretty cute and it looks very soft, so yeah, no judgement here.

(Anonymous) 2021-10-05 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Yep.

Perfectly adorable. I get where you are coming from, nonny.

(Anonymous) 2021-10-05 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
It’s super cute and I want a stuffed version too OP!

(Anonymous) 2021-10-06 12:30 am (UTC)(link)

It's terrifying looking and I'm here for it.

(Anonymous) 2021-10-06 12:41 am (UTC)(link)
I like it!

Maybe you could commission someone to make a plushie for you? Custom work is more expensive but it might be worth it.

The pensions monster! I remember this.

In the adverts it was like 10ft tall and walked around the park while people ignored it. Very weird. But yeah, kind of adorable.

SA

For anyone wondering, it’s from the UK

(Anonymous) 2021-10-06 12:49 am (UTC)(link)
It reminded people that they could ask for their employer to start a pension for them, if they wanted to start being written up on minor infractions in preparation for being fired within three-six months time. Or, if they were on a zero hours contract, suddenly having their hours stopped. Standard Tory party bollocks, in other words.

(Anonymous) 2021-10-06 06:12 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, because obviously having people know that their employer is legally obligated to provide a pension scheme is terrible because some employers will retaliate against people who claim their legal rights. I mean, I bet there's at least one person who is stuck with the same employer forever thanks to limited opportunities in their area! So therefore nobody should be made aware of new pension regulations, it's all nonsense anyways.

Heaven forbid that we talk about the actual reality of it. People got fired and lost out on money by doing it your way. We're in an evil system that gives employers all the power, and they know and abuse it. The object right now is advice to survive that system and not get crushed by it.

I never saw this commercial before, but I agree with the secret. The multi-color fur reminds me of my old classic beanie baby dolls. I'd like if companies returned to adding multi-colored fur just as an extra touch again.
