Who are the characters you dislike the most in fandoms you otherwise completely love?

Not to state the obvious but the important thing is making sure the group is on the same page with what kind of game is intended. There's nothing inherently wrong with playing murderhobos as long as everyone is playing murderhobos. Anything more than there's something wrong with playing romancehobos.

But also, the whole D&D alignment system is bad in 95% of cases and mostly shouldn't be used in any game that's trying to do something more involved than murderhobos anyway.

Good characters from fandoms that aren't yours

Have you ever gotten into a character, or just ever seen a character you thought was well written, in something you aren't actually into and maybe never even watched or read much of?

I loved Inuyasha, and I just have no interest in watching this. I don't want to know about the adventures of my beloved characters' children--I want to know about my beloved characters' adventures! And if they have no more adventures, then no more canon please.

This movie was awful and yet I’m excited for the sequel. I have trash taste.

I love Buffy for the most part, but I can't stand Xander. While I enjoy her somewhat in her first season, mostly I dislike Rose Tyler.

I've come to dislike Poe in the new Star Wars movies mostly because he doesn't face any consequences for his actions in TLJ.

I disliked the way Kili was written in the Hobbit movies. He was more annoying to me than Tauriel, actually.

Alice always seemed cooler than Twilight to me. Just like, let Alice escape into a different universe away from all the Cullens.

I’m the opposite. I love Chandler, but could never be that person in a friend group. I’m never quick with anything like a joke. But maybe that’s for the best, considering a full-on Chandler would be grating IRL(not saying you’re grating though, just the character tropes applied to real world situations).

Pretty sure the only reason I love him though is not because I think he’s genuinely funny, it’s just that “person with class clown personality who’s treated like crap by the rest of the cast, but kind of brings it on themselves” is one of my many very specific Types.

Even though I haven't watched past the first few episodes of Vikings, I do watch clips on Youtube solely to see Lagertha in action. She's really amazing to me and in spite of not actually being into the show, I love her.
