See, to me, being a feminist isn't about supporting women. It's about supporting everyone regardless of their sex or gender in having equal treatment, opportunities, and respect, whether it be a woman not having kids, or a man choosing to be a stay-at-home dad, or even a trans person's right just to use the proper restroom.

I definitely agree with you. My comment focused on women since the topic was more about women and generally feminism tends to gravitate towards them as well, which is why I hesitate to even use the term, but that's neither here nor there... Really, I think the more important thing is that everyone be treated equally, for better and for worse, and allowed the freedom to make the decisions they choose, and granted the respect to do so.

My philosophy is that as long as you're not hurting anyone or anything, do whatever you like. :) Everyone's entitled to at least that.
