Arguably any reason is a valid reason to like or dislike someone - people don't usually 'choose' to like or dislike certain people, it just happens - though their original opinion can of course change over time. Regardless, it's possibly a self esteem issue on her part; being good looking and skinny has nothing to do with confidence and she may be seeking validation, something many people seek out regardless of their age. *shrugs* Or she might just enjoy the attention, which is fine too. There's a thousand possible reasons.
