It is rather hilarious seeing how 99% of musicians in any genre are treated realistically, as in "everyone has an off track/album/show it happens not everything is gold," and then there's that 1% who are either gods of music or complete shit and have their camps and stans and detractors...

I don't know where I'm going with this, just an observation. How many classical composers, soundtrack composers, songwriters, etc are ever perfect every time? Not even John Williams. So Zimmer, and Elfman, and anyone else, should be viewed the same. Musicians sometimes don't quite hit the mark and that's okay.
