Depression, anxiety, and diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder in my thirties, which my sister recently told me isn't real. It's real enough to mess with my professional and social life.

Ugh. Sorry about your sister. All those things are very real, and I'm sorry you suffer through them. I really hope you can have people in your life who acknowledge you and your experiences and support you.
