I really hate when adaptions/remakes/sequels villainize an original good guy in order to woobify a villain. I'm totally cool with making a villain not a villain. But I hate it when a good character is villainized in order to make that happen. Yes, I'm looking at you Maleficent, villainizing Stefan and not allowing him to at least redeem himself was a bad decision.
