I'm not sure if that makes Hemingway's parallels between Brett the mannish 'New Woman' and Jake the emasculated man better or worse.

On the other hand, I like imagining that the others target Cohn because of his clear affiliation with another pantheon. It's better than the reality of Hemingway's casual antisemitism and his grudge against Harold Loeb.

My favorite ship of probably all time has been overrun with truly awful people and it’s the worst. Instead of positive content about the ship, all you get is people attempting to argue that it’s morally superior to the competing ship and if you don’t agree you’re racist, homophobic, transphobic, abusive, whatever buzzword they’ve latched onto this week, all while being wildly misogynistic and racist themselves. It’s a mess. Truly has me lowkey rooting for my ship to lose so these clowns suffer.

... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and I'll try my best to use an appropriate image choice. Just to clarify - it's my intention to make all the secrets left in this thread, so even if they're not marked claimed, they will be made.
