... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and I'll try my best to use an appropriate image choice. Just to clarify - it's my intention to make all the secrets left in this thread, so even if they're not marked claimed, they will be made.

I'll monitor this thread until tomorrow's secret post goes up, so feel free to leave your comments until then!

I think most artists in my fandom are a little too forgiving when drawing the fandom's favorite character. He's not supposed to be that handsome! Let him be ordinary-looking, maybe even a little ugly!

S!B this is not a big deal and I know it. We're all having fun, so why nitpick?

i hate how we mocked jared leto sending rats to coworkers as part of method acting but gave an oscar to ann hathaway for destroying her body for les miserables. both of those are stupid and i'm sick of people glorifying suffering for acting as "good" method.

I love the Stargate SG1 episode "Bad Guys". This is regarded as one of the worst SG1 episodes ever by the rest of the Stargate fandom. It has the B-Team version of SG1, it is an out and out comedy episode, and has chosen as its target the movie Die Hard. Those are all the reasons everyone else hates it, but I love it for the same things. I daren't say this in Stargate fandom spaces.

My favourite Godzilla era isn't Monsterverse, or Shin/Reiwa, or Heisei, or Millennium, or Showa, or even Tristar. It is Hanna Barbera era Godzilla. Wtf, me?

DK Broster's Flight of the Heron is an all-out historical romance novel, say what you like. Highlanders, redcoats, swordfights, h/c, love in wartime!

The protagonists are a Highland chieftain and an English officer. Did she know what she was writing? I have no idea, but she did it so well.

Overly Sarcastic Productions are the reason I can now bluff my way though discussions on "Journey to the West". Well, that and the BBC/Japanese comedy show "Monkey".

I'm still bitter that Powerless was cancelled, even several years later. It was so good and had so much potential. And it was so fun. There are few shows that have such a perfect intersection of qualities.

The reason I dislike the Tenth Doctor is because he did more harm than good overall, and the show never acknowledges that. And he never acknowledged the right of others to make their own choices. What he did to Harriet Jones and to Donna was unforgivable, IMHO, and completely ruined the character for me. David Tennant is a great actor, so it wasn't his fault. How 10 was written just ruined him.

I think Christian is doing amazing as mentor on Project Runway. Better than Tim was in his last several years. And he's made much better use of his saves than Tim ever did.

I was burning out on the MCU. I still haven't seen Black Widow or Shang Chi. But I did go see Eternals because I needed a theater day. And it has rekindled my MCU love completely. It was so good. It was better than the last two Avengers movies, better than either Spiderman movie. It was just good.

Whenever I get a random Simpsons rewatch urge, which doesn't happen often, I only rewatch two things: Halloween episodes and Sideshow Bob episodes. Those two are really vastly superior to the rest of the show.

While I love most Trek series (other than Enterprise), I think DS9 was not only the best series, but had a quality level that far exceeded every other series. It was more interesting, it asked deeper questions and had better commentary on the world, and its setup allowed us to really get to know the characters in the way we rarely got to with Trek outside the biggest main characters.

I use to play Undertale before and was really active in the fandom years ago. When my gaming computer broke down for good and couldn't afford to get anything to replace it, I ended up giving up gaming in general and haven't played anything for years.
After chapter 2 of Deltarune was released, I gave into temptation and watched other people playing the gaming on youtube; which lead to getting completely obsessed with the series and Undertale again. I had been inspired to create content for both which has gotten a really great response, especially from people who I use to interact with in the Undertale fandom.

However, I feel really bad for pretending that I have played the game and lying to everyone. I don't want to voice up the truth because this is the most active that I have in in a fandom for a very long time and don't want to go back to not talking to anyone or getting ignored in my other fandoms.

I really hate when adaptions/remakes/sequels villainize an original good guy in order to woobify a villain. I'm totally cool with making a villain not a villain. But I hate it when a good character is villainized in order to make that happen. Yes, I'm looking at you Maleficent, villainizing Stefan and not allowing him to at least redeem himself was a bad decision.

I hate romance/romantic comedy. It bores me to tears and I rarely care anything for the characters. But smut books with romance as just the framework for giving us lots of sex I love. And I get invested in the characters too, especially when it is a series where the characters from earlier books stick around. And I'm the same way with other genres as well. Romance alone is boring, but if there is a romantic subplot to an action, fantasy, scifi, or horror thing then I will care about those characters and root for their romance.

Joss Whedon being a piece of shit didn't ruin my enjoyment of Buffy, but Kevin Sorbo being a piece of shit has absolutely ruined my enjoyment of Hercules. Thank goodness Lucy Lawless is still amazing.

Wolfstar is fine. I'm not against it, I can enjoy it. But most of fandom seems to see it as a fairly normal ship (like not inherently dark or toxic, no abnormal dysfunction)? and I think you'd have to ignore the scant amount we do know about them to feel like that. Sirius' prank on Snape was also quite cruel and dehumanizing to Remus, like he would have to have shit self-esteem to forgive that. And then the fact that they both thought each other was the traitor? I prefer people who admit that most of what they think is cute about it is fanon.

s!b: most of the "better than canon!" fic is wolfstar, so most fans feel like they can make something regular out of it, i guess.

It's a shame Satoshi Urushihara doesn't draw dick more often in his comics. His male characters are just as fine as his ladies and I am admittedly very thirsty.

I'm sticking to 18+ areas right now. I'm not over interested in porn or curse words but it's so relaxing knowing everyone will (at least try to act like) an adult.

I just made a character with the "roll down" method; stats were rolled in order and couldn't be swapped around.

My stats suck. I love my little wizard with her stupid little +1 str and +3 int.

This is the best method of stat generation and point buy can run home to its mother.
