That's funny considering that's the *opposite* reaction I get, and most people I know as well. And I also post on both every day, and contribute to both too (I work on Bulbagarden and am sending Serebii a bunch of stuff for his site).

Here's the thing though--no one likes the heads of either site. Trust me. It's not exactly a secret.

116 - While I LOOOOVE Escaflowne, it is not the absolute best anime I have ever seen, and it does have flaws--give yourself a shot, you never know.

137 - Really? REALLY? I think Jin's cute, though the episode she debuted in was written TERRIBLY. People like her because she's likable and normal enough, but still just enough of a blank slate for people to be imaginative with her as they wish.

I wonder if that's why they seemed more open to Jin than Song--too much backstory and personality for the EK healer. :(

153 - OH MY LIFE. D: I didn't realize it when I was growing up, but I was always disturbed by how much I felt when seeing a positive father/daughter relationship in films and TV--I was desperately craving that which I've never had. I feel ya, OP!

I love J/D. I started to suspect GRRM may go in that direction the more I learned about Jon and Dany's respective backstories and the more I saw what their personalities were like. Plus I love the idea of them getting the happy ending that (I suspect) Lyanna and Rhaegar never got (if the theory about L/R is true).

I never even considered J/M, but then, I'm not involved in the fandom, so I know nothing.
