I see what you mean. Much more possible (pun not intended) than Kim/Shego (still, when has anything had to be logic in fandom?). There are Kim/Monique fics, though. Not too many, but they exist. I guess it is because *someone* has to be there for the girl talk and whatnot.

Anyhow, the KP fandom is one of the most creative when it comes to pairings, I bet there are loads of K/M shippers out there. And it is not as outlandish as, say, Cousin Larry/Zorpox* so there is no need to feel bad.

116. Wow, I could have written this exact same secret. D: I LOVE Escaflowne and I also tend to think I'll never write anything as good as it, and if I let myself think this enough then I stop writing for like weeks on end. What sometimes helps me get writing again is to think that the creators of Escaflowne probably don't see the anime in the same light as we do; they probably see all its flaws and all the things they wish they'd done better and they probably compare their own work to other anime that they consider to be brilliant. So one day you may well write something that means as much to someone as Escaflowne does to you, but you wouldn't even know it.

I don't know if that makes sense written out like that, but it helps me. :)

120 - HOLY FUCK YES IT WAS GODAWFUL. it looked like it was going to be so good at first. and the WORST part is that now all of the jenny-haters (which was already like 70% of the fandom) are just going to point to it and say 'see? THIS is why she sucks', even though most of her actions were completely unexplained, unjustified, and ridiculously out-of-character, just for the sake of giving everybody a motive. 108 - It's mythology canon for Hades to have a wife, but I don't even think we get a cameo hint of it in the Hercules movie. That said, EVIL PAIRING IS AWESOME. Sinbad's Eris was very sexy and devious, but the Eris of mythology was nuttier than a fruitcake, if I remember correctly. Then again, mythology's one of those joyful things that can be interpreted and interrogated from every whichway.

116 - Wait, the genius of the anime series, or the genius of the movie? Two different things, truly. I'm a fan of the canon as a whole, but I lean more toward the anime series vs. the movie, because the movie was so DARK and GRITTY and I liked the dramatic (romantic) angst of the series better. But YMMV. Escaflowne love!

142 - Whenever you're tempted to EAT? Thin ≠ hot, OP. This is common sense, not delusional opinion. You eat to live. If your food choices and/or eating habits are making you "unhot" you feel, but imagining an inspiration to motivate you helps, then at least consider: If Hank and/or David asked you out to dinner, what would you order? It's on his dime, and for all you know, he eats messy too, so there's no reason to get some asparagus on a simple white platter. Besides, you need a good source of energy (that'd be food, folks!) in order to "pull Hank," wouldn't you?
