Waiting to see if my neighbor wants my help cleaning up storm damage.

The other day we had 50+ mph winds and a huge chunk of one of my willows snapped off and landed in the neighbor's yard. Thankfully, it missed his house, deck, fence, and other structures so there's no damage to call insurance over, just a big fucking tree branch in his yard - which is separated from mine by a fence. We're on good terms so the day it happened I went over and told him I'd help if he wanted me to, he said he had to look at it and would let me know. That was three days ago and he hasn't gotten out to clean it up at all. I'm happy to help but idk what his schedule is like, if he's waiting to have time to tackle it or what. So I'm in a perpetual state of limbo here, sigh.
