I kind of relate to this. I mean... people can play what they want to play but among the cosplay community these days it's like... anytime I don't recognize a costume and ask what it's from: "Genshin Impact!" It's like, yeesh, doesn't anyone cosplay anything else anymore?

Same thing happened with Overwatch and My Hero Academia not long ago, though, so it'll pass and there'll be some new hot thing that I don't have time/energy/money to get into soon enough. :D

Tbh I feel like you handle it right other than feeling guilty you definitely don't need to. But that's just the kinda thing you can't help.

I often feel guilty for not getting along with /liking someone, especially when they're on the spectrum like me and I feel I should be more understanding. But sometimes guilt is irrational.

People are so judgey nowadays about fic and stuff people read and write, it's refreshing to see such a mature take on it.

That sounds like a good idea to me, it's cold here and after I clean one more bunny litterbox I was going to take a hot bath myself.

But aside from cleaning litterboxes I've been staying in my warm waterbed with freshly washed sheets as of last night, which is close to spending the weekend in a hot bath, but also safe to play mobile games on my phone.

Well he's kinda niche i guess, mostly musicals and plays (some movies and TV stuff but nothing too widely known tbh), he's very underrated (and likes it that way I guess XD)

In that case not surprising at all. My experience with theater is largely local high school productions in which I know someone's kid. XD

But hey, more power to him for flying under the radar if that's what he wants. And as for the secret, I've never seen him look any other way, but he doesn't look bad and he definitely looks happy. =)
