Have you talked to your gyno or PP or anybody about getting on birth control with no placebo days? If it's interfering with your life that much you can just stop having them. We've invented it already! That exists! If your doctor is a dick about it find another!

doesn't help your fiction problems but it might be a nice relief?

I'm on continuous birth control and it is the bomb! 10/10, super recommend.

I’ve tried stacking, but I get breakthrough bleeding. Changing to a different kind of birth control entirely would be a drawn-out hassle because I’m really prone to bad side effects.

Yeah would recommend. I started getting migraines (apparently around 30-40 this is more common) and had to stop but like, there is no need to have a period if you're on the pill and more people should know this.

Unfortunately how well this works depends on how much endometrium your body makes - I could only go 9 weeks maximum until the breakthrough bleeding started. But now I have an IUD and it's fantastic, would recommend.

Yep! Hormonal IUD is great for me. Not for everyone! But total game changer for me.

OP, you do not need to live in a fantasy world to get your life back! There's a good chance that an existing technology could make your life better RIGHT NOW. I didn't know until I had a good gynecologist. If you're in the US, Planned Parenthood can help.

Thirding the IUD. I've had mine in for just over a year and I've forgotten what menstruating is like. It's wonderful!
