It's crazy to me how this was supposed to be, like, a normal profile piece. It makes him look a hundred times worse than before! Hooray for him showing his true colors but also how stupid does he have to be when he could have just not said anything??

Yeah, the only shocking thing about any of this is that he said some of this shit to a reporter and thought it made him sound good somehow.

He Prince Andrewed himself. Set out to exculpate himself, and just tried too hard in his performance and just showed how false he was. He should have just shut up and stayed quiet and let it blow over in a couple of years. Of course, I'm glad that now nobody can deny what a creep he is now.

This perception is weird to me, because 1. This article didn't really tell me anything I didn't either know or suspect, and 2. I don't think Whedon did it to exonerate himself or whatever. I think he just wanted to speak his truth, as he sees it, regardless of the cost.

Doesn't mean I think he should be forgiven for all the shit he's done, though.
