Tumblr just added a premium subscription service option. Everyone assumes that, since they need subscribers to pay their bills, they're going belly-up because no one will subscribe.

Fair assumption if you ask me. I gladly pay for DW and AO3 but tumblr? not getting a cent unless they bring back the porn first.

I subscribed to Tumblr for the same reason I have two paid accounts here on DW, and I use Tumblr a lot more hours in a day than I do DW.
