It seems to me that it's neither feminist nor anti-feminist. It's just a way some people dress, and some of those people are feminist and some aren't.

This. Everyone upthread is being a bit dismissive because they’re famous, but this isn’t as cut and dry as “it’s not feminism when famous women do it”. It’s a lot more individual and complex.
