Do you know Ask a Manager? askamanager.org, it's a blog by a (now former, I think) manager who answers questions about work life and such.

I mention it because from what you've listed it sounds as if you're a bit anxious about leaving. Which I get! When it came time to leave my first job and search for something new I was pretty nervous. Reading Alison's answers and advice really helped me calm down and drove home that it's all a normal and expected part of being an employee.

Thanks! I'll give the site a look. This isn't the first job I've left but it is the first one I've left on good terms (horrible bosses in previous jobs that made me happy to quit).
