I hate when in movies and tv shows, people are in a car and the driver takes their eyes off the road to have a conversation with people inside the car for minutes on end. It always raises my anxiety level; eyes on the road, people.

I know I've seen it subverted where characters are doing that and then WHAM they get in a crash but I can't remember where and I'm always a little anxious about it.

Do actors and directors just not drive themselves any more? Why can't they get it right?
