just semi-relevant and only semi-serious. I recently got the Master Chief collection. While I played Reach I kept thinking how much I would have loved if they are actually robots and looked like the suits. (What is stupid, since it's obvious I'm biased, and it doesn't affect how good of a game it already is).

Massive Halo fan, myself.

Saw potential with this series with the first and even fifth episode, especially due to its action scenes and lore details concurrent with main canon. However, story-wise and character-wise, it is a mess.

I'm still willing to give this series a chance, but the fact I found myself muttering on the third episode "that's not John", it makes me glad it's not part of the main canon. We already got The Last 72 Hours, Nightfall, and Halo 5...

As someone who doesn't follow or know about this, can you expand more on the hypocritical purity culture?

Because I follow a lot of "character of the day" accounts, and this doesn't seem unusual. There are a fair amount of accounts like that for disabilities (some specific, some broad). It's nice to see a character that reflects me and people with different disabilities.

is there more context to this? as is, it kinda looks like you're making fun of somebody with dyslexia. the diagnosis itself being hard to spell is one of the oldest dyslexic jokes.

They have addressed some of these questions but in a fairly shallow way, I think. Like, mutants who don't want to move to Krakoa can visit and get a gate nearby so they can, but it doesn't address if the whole Krakoa thing is making life worse for the mutants who don't want to live there, or what happens if you've, say, spent a year on Krakoa and now you have no credit history or money. And they seem fairly hardcore on no non-mutants living there in the case of human parents of mutants, but Northstar's husband is allowed? Dani has mentioned remaining part of another culture (she's Cheyenne) but that was brief and in a side comic. Not to mention the dubious and inconsistent "no clone revival" policy.

I've read a couple fanfics that are set there and the authors have tried delving into these questions. The answers are, it's a big sticky mess.

I don't have kids but I feel you. I have a couple of old favourites that I never recommend and never speak of, and I cringe to myself at certain parts of them... but the things I like them for still get me, so I retain my soft spot for them.

There's only a few possible endings for Japanese words, so rhyming is not really part of the language. Plenty of other alternatives, though, like onomatopoeia and consonant repetition or syllable counts.

My physical recovery has progressed to the point I can lift 5kg weights. When I first started I couldn't even manage a single kilogram in both hands, now I can manage a five kilogram weight in each. It may not sound a lot, but this is a big step for me. It has taken a long time and a lot of work, but I'm almost into healthy people weights.
