Even sillier...

When this character (played by a different actor) appears in Lost Tomb 2,they dub his English dialogue and use a voice actor who speaks English with a very noticeable Chinese accent. This franchise cracks me up.

Time Raiders (the steampunk AU movie) has pretty good English. Otherwise... ah, yeah. (I find it part of the charm.)
