My coworkers who don't seem to know that headphones exist and that whatever they're watching on their phone isn't nearly as interesting to everyone else as they think it is.

This is me when boarding on trains. A lot of people nowadays watching tik tok or youtube shorts without headphone and I'm just puzzled. I just want to read my book in peace without hearing the same sentence on rap music -as happened just yesterday- over and over again!!! JESUS what is wrong with people in public environments (this includes work space for me)?!

I've discovered I absolutely loathe that "TikTok voice" (computerized female voice?) and it makes me want to punch people. (I've never had a problem with, say, the Google maps computerized female voice, so I'm not sure what's wrong here. Maybe it's the weird cadence the TikTok voice uses.) So yeah, use headphones lest someone snap and punch you.
