But they sloppily rush through all the chapters that FMA 2003 covered, assuming the audience had already seen the 2003 version or read the manga. The pacing of those adapted chapters is much better in the 2003 version. The rush job in the first half of Brotherhood is pretty much the most consistent complaint between most people.
