I’d watch a spin off series about Padme Amidala.

Or, a Star Wars ‘what if’ anthology series. Like what if Padme lived? Or Luke and Leia were raised by the Naberries? Or what if the Emperor’s hand was sent to hunt down Luke, but instead she turned to the light side and fell in love with him?
