one, many of the people who would take his place within the Republican party are more aligned with movement conservatism than Trump is, which means that they'll act in somewhat different ways. Don't get me wrong - mostly they'd still be evil, because they are evil people animated by an evil ideology. But there are a few key issues where Trump is meaningfully worse than regular movement conservatives (basically the "subverting the constitution" stuff and the "being corrupt on a global scale" stuff).
Two, Trump is a celebrity with a ton of media experience and savvy who has a media image and celebrity status built up over the course of decades and an existing cult-like following, and his replacements aren't. So they would be a much less potent political force.
