It's just my messed up way of thinking (that I'm working on). I think it kind of stems from always needing to buy milk growing up because everyone would drink so much of it, that I would restrain myself from drinking it because I didn't want to add to the reason I had to go buy some. The idea of "wasting it " is really warped, because the end point is you just shouldn't have any, and that leads no where good. Again, 100% my problem, links up with a perception of you're being so greedy, constantly needing X thing, and so on. Anyway, my problem 100% working on changing that.
