Rational approach, but I think Heathcliff is far more of an abusive fuck than Erik, so I'm swapping those two.

It's been a long time since I read either Phantom or Wuthering Heights, but setting aside whatever romantic light fandom puts him in, wasn't Erik pretty much bonkers, though?

Like, I 100% believe that if I married Heathcliff he would knock me around on the regular. Also, marital rape would definitely be a thing that was happening. But I feel like he'd be less likely to go completely off the handle and kill me to, like, keep me from leaving him or whatever. I mean, he definitely might backhand me down some stairs in a furious passion or something and kill me that way.

I just feel like Erik was unhinged in a way that seems more likely to lead to, uh, mortal theatrics.

Fuck Dracula (preferably without being bitten), marry Erik, kill Heathcliff.

Although really with Dracula and Erik it depends on the version. But I don't think there's any version of Heathcliff that's not an asshole.

Marry Dracula, because if I'm one of his Brides he'll probably mostly leave me alone and maybe bring me a victim once in a while. Also to inherit if he gets staked. Fuck Erik because someone has to. Kill Heathcliff just on principle.
