I don't worry about it in relation to my husband but it's an issue just because of how fatphobic my family is. My husband has a type of chronic illness that demands controlled physical activity on the regular so we both do our best to maintain fitness (some periods are better than others), rather than worrying about the weight itself.

Dunno, are you worried about your partner losing attraction towards you? How serious is your relationship to begin with?
