I don't quite understand what happened (I don't watch the show either) but I get what you're saying. I'm in my 30s and figured it out a long time ago and I sometimes still feel weird about it because of worrying how people will react/what they'll think/if they'll judge me because of it/etc. and that's just the fairly small amount of people I deal with in my life. I can't imagine dealing with all of it as a public figure.
