Uh, no. I do think that CGI is just as good as practical when done right. And practical can be just as bad as bad CGI when not done well. And some of it, to a certain extent, is subjective. But there is bad CGI.

Agreed...I thought that was where this was going after the first sentence, then it turned in this weird direction, and I was disappointed and confused.

(Also, 'standing out' and 'obvious' are not necessarily the same as 'bad', in either case.)
