Spare the kneejerk defense of AO3, we are allowed to admit it has faults. The crossovers not being sectioned off, and the constant tinkering of the search fields to produce relevant results are some of them. It isn't perfect. And just in this case, The Pit did it better.

It's not a kneejerk defense, I just don't agree with you.

It's not a constant tinkering with results, it's one button you press. And I do think it's convenient that you can look at crossovers and non-crossovers together if that's what you want to do.

DA

The Pit really, really didn't.

Or maybe it did to some people and not others, and you trying to say it objectively didn’t is wrong.

FF.net is never going to fuck you.

I should hope not. What a dumb response.

Yes, thank you for sounding like a douchey Twitter user.

This is so lame. The threshold for what people laugh at must be pretty low here.

(Ayrt, but I was a different anon than the one before)

Oh for sure, it definitely does. I just think it’s up to interpretation whether it did it right or not. I like both the approach FF.net and AO3 took, for different reasons. I come down on preferring the way AO3 does it though, in the end.
